Oh Bruce, coffee?  No, no, no... In Managua the American that arrived
could be sorted out into two camps, i.e. the vices and virtues. The
Coverstons and the Hoars fell squarely in the vice camp --- cigarettes
and beer!

Yep, I think you hit it right, on what happened when JFK was shot. Mom
must have left immediately to pick up Bon - as well as I can picture
that day, I had no idea that our finding out was interwoven with your
family.

I think it was Susie Walker whose dad took over for yours... Her dad
was military...

I never knew what happened with Mike's car... Awful!

Thinking of that driveway brought up another memory. Once, one of the
Somoza boys came to visit me in his Rolls Royce (sp). His driver had the
driveway blocked when my father arrived home from work... So, Joel
(Loco) Coverston proceeded to lay on the horn until the Rolls was
moved!! Yikes...
